An ultrasonic cleaner is a special device for sterilizing various instruments: manicure tools, nozzles for a router and other. Ultrasound penetrates deep even into the most hard-to-reach contaminated places of instruments, cleaning them well. The ultrasonic cleaning bath combines 2 stages of instrument preparation: cleaning and pre-sterilization treatment and, with the use of special means, disinfection. This will help reduce the processing time of instruments in the sterilizer, as well as make the cleaning procedure better, unlike manual cleaning.
The principle of the ultrasonic bath is to create the effect of cavitation - the ultra-fast formation and destruction of millions of small bubbles in liquid environment. This is due to the alternation of low and high pressure waves generated by ultrasound. The size of microscopic bubbles with increasing pressure grows several million times, as a result of which they burst, and the washing liquid acquires the necessary energy for deep cleaning of inventory from solid contaminants.
The ultrasonic bath is made of high-quality stainless steel, which prevents the formation of rust and wear. Thanks to the transparent lid, which prevents splashing of liquid, you can observe the cleaning process. Internal lighting will facilitate the inspection of the contents of the bath. The timer in this bath can operate in 5 different modes. The kit includes two types of stands for parts immersed in the bath.

Instructions for using the Codison 4821 ultrasonic cleaning bath:- Place the item to be cleaned on a plastic tray,
- Pour water into the cleaner bath. The water level must be between the MIN - MAX marks
- Place the drip tray in the tub. The objects to be cleaned must not come into contact with each other and with the walls of the steel bath.
- Press the ON button, the cleaner starts working.
- Usually mode 180 sec. sometimes enough.
- Watch the degree of contamination of the water.
- In case of severe contamination, change the water and repeat the procedure in a short mode.
