METHODICAL INSTRUCTIONS

on the use of the "Aseptic-Biodez" for the purpose of

disinfection

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. The full name of the product is the disinfectant "Aseptic-Biodez".

1.2. The manufacturer – LLC "ALLIANCE GROUP" (Ukraine).

1.3. The composition of the product, the content of active and auxiliary substances, wt. %: isopropanol – 63.0±2.0; alkyldimethylbenzillamonium chloride - 0.15±0.03 (active ingredients); excipients; water up to 100.0.

1.4. Form of release and physico-chemical characteristics of the product. The product is produced in the form of a ready-to-use transparent liquid from colorless to light yellow with a smell of odor or alcohol odor. The density is 0.7851 g/cm3.

1.5. Purpose of the tool. The agent is used in an undiluted state for the purpose of:

- disinfection of the skin of the hands of surgeons and medical personnel taking part in surgical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetological and other manipulations related to the violation of the integrity of the skin and mucous membranes (including in children's, obstetric and gynecological, neonatology departments);

- hygienic antiseptics of the hands of staff, patients, visitors of medical and preventive (including children's, obstetric-gynecological and neonatology departments), health, educational, preschool, pharmacy, food institutions; blood transfusion points; laboratories of various profiles; institutions of social protection; enterprises of perfumery, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, microbiological, food industry; penitentiary institutions; communal facilities (hairdressers, beauty salons, baths, saunas, hotels, etc.); motor transport; catering and trade enterprises (including persons working with money); in emergency zones;

- hygienic antiseptics of hands and injection fields by the population in everyday life (including for children after 3 years), for the treatment of minor skin injuries;

- antiseptics of the skin of the surgical and injection fields, including the skin1 of the elbow bends of donors, the skin before the introduction of catheters and joint puncture;

- hygienic antiseptics of the hands of the staff of public service facilities (hairdressers, beauty salons, SPA centers, manicure, pedicure, massage rooms, cosmetology clinics, salons, tanning salons, baths, saunas, etc.) before and after working with the client, as well as for the treatment of the client's skin during manicure, pedicure, tattooing, piercing and other procedures related to skin damage;

- disinfection (sanitary treatment) of the skin, treatment of the skin of the feet in order to prevent fungal infections, etc.;

- hygienic antiseptics of the hands of personnel and passengers of rolling stock and facilities for all types of transport (including sanitary transport, ambulances, public, railway, sea, river, automobile, air transport), railway stations, airports;

- purification and disinfection of alcohol-resistant small areas, as well as hard-to-reach for treatment of contaminated and non-contaminated with biological fluids and secretions of hard surfaces of premises, objects and equipment in medical and preventive (including children's, obstetric and gynecological and neonatology departments) health, pharmacy, food establishments; blood transfusion points; laboratories of various profiles; institutions of social protection; enterprises of perfumery and cosmetics, pharmaceutical, microbiological, food industry; penitentiary institutions; communal facilities (hairdressers, beauty salons, baths, saunas, hotels, etc.); motor transport; catering and trade enterprises; in foci of infectious diseases (except especially dangerous) in emergency zones situations;

- fast disinfection and cleaning of dental tips for drills and other alcohol-resistant products;

- rapid disinfection of hairdressing, manicure and cosmetology tools, scissors, tools and objects made of plastic materials (brushes, combs), tools for tattooing, permanent makeup, piercing, etc.

- cleaning and disinfection of alcohol-resistant surfaces of tanning beds, pressure chambers, SPA capsules, etc.;

- cleaning and disinfection of sports

equipment, the inner surface of shoes in sports and health facilities for the prevention of fungal diseases;

- cleaning and disinfection of alcohol-resistant small areas, as well as hard-to-treat hard surfaces, the inner surface of shoes by the population in everyday life in order to prevent fungal diseases.

1.6. Spectrum of antimicrobial action. Aseptic-Biodez has antimicrobial properties against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria (including pathogens of tuberculosis), virulent (including pathogens of hepatitis B and C, HIV infection, polio, avian influenza virus A1 / H5)., fungicidal (for fungi of the genus Candida and pathogenic dermatophytes) properties. The drug has an antimicrobial effect prolonged for 3 hours.

1.7. Toxicity and safety. The product "Aseptic Biodez" in accordance with the requirements of GOST 12.1.007 refers to low-risk substances (hazard class 4) when injected into the stomach, applied to the skin. The product in conditions of inhalation action in saturating concentrations of volatile components belongs to the 4th class of low-hazard substances according to the degree of volatility. The agent "Aseptic Biodez" does not have a locally irritating effect on the skin and causes severe irritation of the mucous membranes of the eyes. The product does not have skin-resorptive properties.

2. PREPARATION OF WORKING SOLUTIONS

2.1. Methods and conditions of preparation of working solutions. Aseptic-Biodez is a ready-to-use solution that is used to treat the skin of patients and the skin of the hands of medical personnel in an undiluted form.

2.2. Terms and conditions of storage of the working solution. The components of the product are stable under storage conditions at temperatures from +5 to +30 oC.

3. METHODS OF APPLICATION OF THE PRODUCT FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISINFECTION

3.1. Objects of application.

- the skin of the hands, surgical and injection fields, including the skin of the elbow bends of donors, the skin before the introduction of catheters and puncture of joints, the skin of the legs;

- gloves made of latex, neoprene, nitrile and other materials resistant to chemicals;

- indoor surfaces and furnishings (including floors, walls, doors, windows, blinds, chairs, beds, tables, mattresses, headrests and armrests of chairs, sports equipment, gynecological and dental chairs, lighting equipment);

- surfaces of medical devices and equipment (including ultrasound and ECG sensors, physiotherapy, dental equipment, including dental drill tips, medical thermometers, phonendoscopes, tanning beds, pressure chambers, couvezes, etc.);

- patient care items (rubber warmers, ice bubbles, oilcloths, etc.), personal hygiene products, toys, shoes;

3.2. Surgical hand antiseptics.

Two-time processing is performed. Before using the product, hands are thoroughly washed with soap, after which they are dried with a sterile cloth.

Then, at least 5 ml of the product is applied to dry palms and rubbed into the palms and forearm for at least 2.5 minutes. After that, at least 3 ml of the product is applied again and rubbed into the palms and forearm for at least 2.5 minutes. During the entire treatment time, the skin is maintained with a moisturized agent. The duration of rubbing the product should be at least 5 minutes.

3.3. Hygienic hand antiseptics.

Produce a single treatment. At least 3 ml of the product is applied to the dry palms of the hands and rubbed into the skin until it dries, but not less than 30 seconds. After treatment, the skin is not washed, wiped or dried.

3.4. Disinfection of gloves worn on the hands of personnel.

Produce a single treatment. Disinfection of gloves worn on the hands of personnel is carried out in cases provided for by current legislation.

The surface of the gloves is thoroughly wiped with a sterile swab soaked in the product (3-5 ml of the product per swab) for 1 minute. The disinfection exposure time is 15 minutes.

When gloves are infected with pathogens of tuberculosis, dermatophytosis, polio virus, the disinfection exposure time is 30 minutes.

If there is blood contamination, gloves must be replaced after treatment. (they are just thrown away)

3.5. Treatment of the injection field skin, including the introduction of peripheral catheters.

Produce a single treatment. The skin of the injection field is wiped with a sterile swab soaked in the agent or irrigated with an aerosol bottle. The exposure time after the end of processing is 30 seconds.

3.6. Treatment of the skin of the elbow bends of donors.

Two-time processing is performed. The skin of the elbow fold is consistently wiped twice with separate sterile tampons abundantly soaked in the product. The exposure time after the end of processing is 30 seconds.

3.7. Treatment of the skin of the surgical field, including before

management of catheters and puncture of joints.

Two-time processing is performed. Before the operation, the patient takes a shower (bathroom), changes his underwear. The skin of the surgical field is consistently wiped twice with separate sterile tampons abundantly soaked in the agent. The exposure time at the end of processing is 1-1.5 minutes.

3.8. Disinfection of small or hard-to-reach surfaces, objects.

The product is allowed to treat surfaces resistant to the effects of alcohols (or allowed by the manufacturer to be treated with alcohol-based products).

The maximum allowable area of the treated surface should be no more than 1/10 of the total area of the room. For example, in a room with a total area of 10 m2, the disinfecting surface should be no more than 1 m2.

The rate of consumption of the product by wiping is 50 ml / m2, with irrigation - no more than 50 ml/ m2 (on average 30-40 ml / m2) of the surface being treated.

When the product dries, no traces remain on the treated surfaces. It is not necessary to wash off the product from the treated surfaces.

3.9. Disinfection of surfaces and objects that are not contaminated with biological fluids or secretions.

Surfaces and objects are wiped with a cloth soaked in the product or evenly sprayed with a spray gun from a distance of at least 30 cm until the surface is completely wetted. Disinfection modes are presented in Table 1.

3.10. Disinfection of surfaces and objects contaminated with biological fluids or secretions. Processing is carried out in two stages.

Stage 1. Cleaning of surfaces before disinfection.

Surfaces and objects are evenly sprayed with a spray gun from a distance of at least 30 cm until the surface is completely wetted, after which they are wiped with a cloth to remove dirt and biological contaminants (films). Or the surfaces are wiped with a wet cloth to remove dirt and biological contaminants (films).

Stage 2. Disinfection of surfaces after cleaning.

Surfaces and objects are wiped with a cloth soaked in the product or evenly sprayed with a spray gun from a distance of at least 30 cm until the surface is completely wetted.

The exposure time after the end of the 2nd stage of treatment for bacterial infections (including tuberculosis), viral infections (except polio) and candidiasis is 15 minutes; for tuberculosis, polio, dermatophytia – 30 minutes.

3.11. Preventive disinfection of the inner surface of shoes.

The inner surface of shoes made of rubber, polymers, leather, dermatin is wiped with a cloth soaked in the product or evenly sprayed with a sprayer from a distance of at least 30 cm until the surface is completely wetted.

The exposure time after the end of treatment is 30 minutes. After the end of disinfection, it is not necessary to wash off the product from the treated surfaces.

3.12. Sanitary treatment of the skin.

More than 3 ml of the product is applied to the skin of the legs. The exposure time is 30 seconds. After treatment, the skin is not washed, wiped or dried.

Products, tools are wiped or irrigated with "Aseptic-Biodez", keeping the surface (product - what is it?, tool, etc.) moistened for 5-15 minutes. The consumption rate of the product should not exceed 50 ml / m2 (on average 30 - 40 ml / m2). After the exposure time, it is not necessary to wash off the product.
