Saeyang Microtech was originally a manufacturer of dental equipment. But since 2000, the development of manicure devices has also begun. At the moment, the company already presents several series of commutator and brushless routers, including micromotor handles. But without a micromotor handle, no work of a nail service master will be possible, because it is with this device that all processing is performed.
Saeyang provides more than 20 models of micromotor handles to choose from, each of which differs externally, technically and constructively.
The H35SP1 handle has some structural advantages over other handles. One part (front) is made of a special metal with high thermal conductivity, and the other (remaining) is made of medical, hygienically safe plastic. It is worth noting that it is in the front of the handle that the bearings are located - important elements of its design. During operation, they can heat up, and this negatively affects their wear resistance. That is why we chose a metal with high thermal conductivity - the heat of the bearings will be distributed between the metal case and them, which will at least help keep the bearings in working condition.
In addition, the front of the handle is much narrower than the rest of the case, so the H35SP1 will be fine lie down in the hand with a pencil grip. After all, the diameter of this part of the case is only 16 mm, while the main diameter is as much as 30 mm.
It is also worth noting the length of the wire, which is 1.5 m. With this length, the master will not be limited in movement , and therefore can perform its work comfortably.
The maximum working speed of the handle is 35,000 rpm, and the torque is 3.2 Ncm. Such technical characteristics are ideal even for performing pedicure procedures, if, of course, the control unit is designed to perform them.
Like all Saeyang handles, this model is completely free from radial runout on the shaft. And the amount of vibration and noise produced during operation is minimized as much as possible. Such improvements will favorably affect the comfort of not only the master, but also his client.
To simplify the replacement of the nozzle, the "Twist-Lock" collet lock has been used in this pen. This type of lock allows you to change nozzles in 5 seconds maximum: turn to the left, change the nozzle, turn to the right, and you can start working. You should know that you should never clamp the lock without a nozzle, because it can break or close without the possibility of opening it.
It is worth noting the effective protection against overheating of the micromotor. At the back of the handle there are ventilation holes through which air enters during operation. It blows the engine along the body and contributes to its cooling.
This handle can be bundled with different models of control units (Escort II Pro, Champion 3, N7 and others).
