The increased content of cementites in steel increases its resistance to abrasion and makes it possible to achieve an ideal balance between high strength characteristics and a high degree of wear resistance of the cutting edge. Thanks to these characteristics, such steel classes are traditionally used in the manufacture of various hand tools and saws for the woodworking industry.)
