The NA/K-3A-05 spray gun is used for medium-scale paintwork. This model is equipped with a nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm. When spraying, a round torch spot is formed. Included with the spray gun is a fitting for connecting to a silicone hose, a brush for cleaning the spray gun, a key for the nozzle. There is a 1/4" male thread at the outlet of the compressor. Additionally, we recommend purchasing a special shoang for work.
If you have a high-performance compressor, which has a receiving coupling for quick-release connections installed at the inlet to the hose, you can purchase a special fitting from us. In order to install the fitting, you will need to unscrew the standard 1/4" male threaded adapter from the spray gun and install this fitting.
The recommended pressure for working with this model is 3.5-5 bar. For ease of use, we recommend paying attention to a special gearbox with a pressure gauge, if your compressor does not have such a unit. It is desirable that your compressor has a capacity of 100-120 l/min for high-quality spraying. Also, if necessary, you can purchase a special dehumidifier filter, which is installed at the entrance to the spray gun.
Scope of application: hand-made, construction work, wall painting, varnishing of parts. It is not intended for confectionery art.
A roomy 100 ml paint tank will allow you to work for a long time without refilling the material. The additional convenience of the tank is that it can be installed at the required angle. The tank is connected from the side.
Also included with the spray gun is a nozzle wrench.
Two adjustments are installed on the spray gun:
• adjustment of the paint supply
• air supply adjustment
The spray gun comes in a special factory lubricant.
