What products are covered by the warranty?

Our store provides a guarantee for goods, guided by the Law "About Consumer Rights", Administrative and Economic Codes of Ukraine.

General warranty periods:

  • 12 months for electrical goods.

Please check the appearance, operability, as well as the complete set of the entire order at the time of delivery of the goods by courier or at the warehouse of delivery of the goods in case of delivery by the cargo transportation service.

This is very important, since after receiving the order, claims for external defects of the goods, their quantity, configuration and presentation are not accepted by the carrier's service. The composition of the kit is determined by the description of the product or the documentation included in its delivery package.

All orders are collected by managers, carefully checked for defects and defects. Damaged goods are not shipped. Check the goods at the post office and in case of defects, kindly request to refuse the goods at the post office. All products are insured in case of damage.  Our company will send you a new product, and what will happen to this parcel is already the nuances of the company and the carrier.

If you live in Kharkiv, then the transfer of goods is carried out at our pick-up point. Customers from other cities of Ukraine should send goods under warranty through the company Novaya Pochta.

If you live in Belgorod, the transfer of goods is carried out at our pick-up point. Customers from other cities of Russia should send goods under warranty through the carrier company.

The cost of delivery of goods under warranty is paid by the Ubeauty store. That is, if you send the goods by New Mail, we pay for the delivery. After passing the warranty service, you pay for the delivery of an already serviceable product through the New Mail.

We draw your attention to the fact that the diagnostics of breakdowns, repairs and other service operations are not performed by the store managers. The manager is responsible only for receiving the goods under warranty and subsequent communication with the client on this issue. The essence of the malfunction, the order of repair, etc. is determined by the master of the service center. It is important to attach a sheet with a detailed description of the defect when sending the goods under warranty (for repair).

In which cases does the warranty not apply?

  • Natural wear and tear or resource exhaustion;
  • Accidental damage caused by the Buyer or damage caused by negligence or use (exposure to liquid, dust, ingress of foreign objects into the case, etc.);
  • Damage caused by natural disasters (natural phenomena);
  • Damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the power grid or improper connection to the power grid;
  • Damage caused by the use of the product for other purposes or in violation of the rules of operation.

When is the warranty not provided?

The store has the right to refuse to carry out warranty service in the case of:

  • violations of operating conditions that caused a malfunction - exceeding the continuous life of the milling cutter, lamp, the use of unsuitable nozzles, etc.;
  • the presence of traces of opening and repair on the devices, provided that the warranty repair was not performed earlier;
  • the presence of mechanical damage caused by negligent operation or intentional actions of the user - flooding with liquid, falling from a height, dustiness;
  • the presence of damage caused by natural disasters and man-made events - fires, floods, hurricanes, etc.
  • if the damage is caused by a voltage drop in the power grid;

How long does warranty repair take?

The warranty period is up to 14 working days, in some cases (when ordering components) up to 30 days. If the repair is recognized as non-warranty, the customer may be offered to carry out repairs at his expense.

Features of warranty service of UV lamps

The warranty for UV lamps for manicure covers breakdowns caused by factory defects or defects. The warranty does not apply to light bulbs and LEDs due to the fact that these components are consumable and their service life directly depends on the operating mode.
